The Else Kröner Fresenius Center for Digital Health (EKFZ) is a joint cross-faculty initiative at the Technische Universität Dresden, the Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital Dresden along with several other partners on the Dresden campus. The vision of the EKFZ is to combine the expertise of physicians and high-tech specialists to create ideal conditions for promising medical research. Driven by concrete medical needs and with direct access to the medical infrastructure, the EKFZ’s research projects accelerate the digitalization of medicine – for the benefit of patients.
